Is parking available at north park farmers market?
Yes! There is a paid parking garage at 3829 29th St. It’s typically $5. There is also free and metered street parking in the neighborhood, plus a few paid lots within two blocks of the market.
Can I ride the MTS to the market?
Yes, the number 2, 6, 7, and 215 buses all drop off near the market
Is there a free shuttle to the market?
Yes! The San Diego free shuttle is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can ride the shuttle to the market and then take public transportation back if that works better for your schedule. VIEW SHUTTLE WEBSITE →
Can I use my credit or debit card at the market?
Most farmers and vendors accept credit, debit and sometimes contactless cards and apps. If you use cash, please bring small bills so you can pay exact change if possible.
Can I use my EBT/SNAP benefits at the farmers’ markets?
Yes, we are proud to accept CalFresh/SNAP EBT payments for eligible items. We also have a market match program where we will match your EBT withdrawal up to $15 (for fresh fruits and veggies only) Check-in at the Information Booth to swipe your card and get our market scrip for shopping. Some of our farmers also accept WIC and SFMNP (Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program).
How does your rewards program work?
Stop by our information booth in front of Swamis and pick up your rewards card. It has two sides, one for visits and one for purchases. After 10 visits to the market, you get $5 in Market Bucks to spend at any vendor. After 20 purchases, you also get $5 in Market Bucks. We also have fee market tote bags! (while supplies last)
